KKC syndicate between KL mayor and Kg Datuk Keramat?? #batulesung

Alhamdulilah.. I am feel relief because at least a lot of people are realize what is happening and situation in Kg Datuk Keramat.

Thank you my Sifu Datuk Rocky Bru and MR A Voice ( Another Brick in The Wall) http://anotherbrickinwall.blogspot.my/2015/11/did-kl-mayor-lied-on-datok-keramat-land.html?m=1 support the origin people of Kg Datuk Keramat and MP of Titiwangsa, Datuk Johari Ghani.

Acknowledge that DBKL hire few blogger to slam the origin residents of Kg Datuk Keramat, to condemn them and asking about the squatters  wether they have right to claim any compensation from this project.

Talking about Ecoland (KKC Syndicate) was registered within 2 weeks after PTG transferred the land to DBKL. Why so convenient?? Now we want to ask KL Mayor with 37 questionable issues that have not been answered by KL Mayor and FT Minister. And why FT Minister just keep silent?? Does FT Minister don't have any power to intervene on this issue of affordable homes for Datuk Keramat?? And KL Mayor have been rather inconsistent and may have lied.

UDA OFFER TO DEVELOP 100% RUMAWIP WHY KUALA LUMPUR CITY HALL (DBKL) REJECT?? @najibrazak @tengkuadnanreal #batulesung

I was told by UDA management that UDA bid for developing RUMAWIP 100% at a price not more than RM199,000 per unit land squatters at Datuk Keramat sites have been rejected on the grounds that it had been sold to a private company which was established less than 1 year.

I enclose a question raised by the Chairman of the Task Force Datuk Keramat, Mr. Norham that remains unanswered by Kuala Lumpur City Hall and the Ministry of Regional Development.

The questions to be asked by DBKL and Ministry of Regional Development.

1. Why has the land in housing gazette Prima / Affordable imposed a nominal land premium by PTG status in exchange for a price said to be free?

2. Why Kuala Lumpur City Hall did not take action against developers who do not have a license developers start work?

3. Where license approval from the Ministry of Housing and Local Government to start this project?

4. Does the developer have the mastermind behind them in the Kuala Lumpur City Hall or the Ministry of Regional?

5. Why is this land not tendered to companies, government agencies such as PRIMA, SPNB, UDA and Housing Department?

6. The site affordable housing land acquired by the Kuala Lumpur City Hall on Nov 2014 WP was sold to private company of less than six months to build the house free prices. have had no experience and established less than 1 year.

If Kuala Lumpur City Hall and Ministry of Regional Development in a right position please answers all these questions. Perhaps the original residents will take a good reason why they have been demolished and abandoned by the authorities.

KUALA LUMPUR CITY COUNCIL (DBKL) PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS @najibrazak @tengkuadnanreal #batulesung

Deputy Finance Minister also Titiwangsa MP, Datuk Johari Abdul Ghani urged Kuala Lumpur City Council (DBKL) to review and explain about Datuk Keramat Housing Project develop by Era Ecoland Sdn  Bhd status and to enable more affordable houses to be built in the area.

Datuk Johari said,he had been deluged with complaints and voice out by original resident of Datuk Keramat who felt abandoned and neglected with that proposal was done without taking into account their opinions and best interest.

The signboard at the site mention that two apartment block with 274 unit each will be built on an area 1.8 acre land and the cost of the premium develop area is RM 1.2 M has been paid by a new set up developer, Era Ecoland Sdn Bhd. Half of the unit to be sold at affordable home prices while the rest of the apartment at sold at market price worth RM millions because of the strategic location in city center.

Datuk Johari agree to support development for the area BUT it must be implement in line with the local people aspirations and requirements. Please consider that matter for the sake of the original resident of Datuk Keramat. Give back their freedom and chance to get back their pride.
