PAN OPPOSED HUDUD #scs93 #prkSgBesar @NajibRazak

Pakatan Harapan try to avoid touching the issue in the election campaign in Sungai Besar and Kuala Kangsar. PAN can not take any position on the amendment of syariah

Communications and Multimedia Minister Datuk Seri Salleh Said Keruak said this was because PAN is unable either to declare that they oppose Bill Syariah Courts (Criminal Jurisdiction) Act 2015, or support it.

"So, PAN clutched in a situation that does not give them any space. PAN need Chinese support and at the same time hoping to gain some support from Malay voters.

"PAN can not take any position on the amendments syariah because they said a few days ago, they did not support or oppose the amendment, but Banyan syariah does not want to make any stand at the moment," he said through an entry in his blog sskeruak.blogspot.my, last night.

Salleh explained that PAN also threatened to sue anyone who claims that they are opposed to the Islamic amendments.

Election Kuala Kangsar and Sungai Besar on June 18 held after the two incumbents were killed in a helicopter crash in Sebuyau, Sarawak on May 5.
